'The End is By Yur' is the latest exhibition currently being held at the Elysium gallery, a place that I had always been intrigued about but never visited. It's a small gallery space tucked away next to a furniture store in the town centre, having moved from being just behind the Dynevor campus.

I had seen a lot of posters for this exhibition and some photos on Facebook so I decided to visit. The exhibition inside was small, accompanied by strange ambient music that made me feel uneasy (this feeling was strengthened by the work in the exhibition itself).

The work didn't really speak to me, I just felt uneasy around it and that meant I didn't spend very long in the exhibition spaces.

I did take note that all of the work exhibited was by local artists, which was interesting because I'd like to maybe do something similar one day to get my brand/name out there. It might be worth chasing some of these artists down and sending some emails to get some insight on how you get your work exhibited/out there.

Anyway, I wasn't big on this exhibition, but I will be revisiting the Elysium as soon as they have something new.
